Mark Levin goes NUCLEAR: An up and down vote on the 2nd amendment is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

Reposted from The Right Scoop on April 9th, 2013

Mark Levin says that on Thursday the Senate intends to vote to change the 2nd amendment without any pretense of going through the amendment process, on a bill that hasn’t even been written yet. He says that this isn’t republicanism, it’s democratic tyranny. And the senators arguing to filibuster are being demonized, but Levin says that an up and down vote on the 2nd amendment is unconstitutional, that there is no up and down vote on the Constitution.

This is a must listen.  Click here to see the video.

Pearland City Council Second Amendment Vote

Video by Eddie Gallegos

Okay, everyone. Here is the YouTube video I’ve put together from last night’s Pearland City Council meeting and its vote on the Second Amendment. The original video is about forty minutes long, but I’ve reduced this one to just about ten minutes. I took one liberty in it. I gave myself a bit more speaking time (hey! It’s my video!) but I like how Pedro rounded out the audience portion. Listen carefully to Scott Sherman, the opposing voice to the resolution. It passed, but nonetheless, his points were very bewildering to us. Thank to all who helped make this possible.

(Daily Times) – Dear Mainstream Media,

Back in 2008, candidate Barack Obama went off his teleprompter and added a couple of sentences to the text of a speech about expanding the Peace Corps and AmeriCorps. Over rolling applause, the soon-to-be president of the United States said: “We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.” Continue reading
