Question for Pete Olson during his town hall meeting: Considering that Representative Olson and probably all of his counterparts has lawyers on staff and surely some are known as constitutional lawyers I ask the following: How does a law this is passed by the House, then the Senate and signed into law by the president can be changed by the president without prior change made by House, the Senate than new signature by the president. Surely someone with standing in the House could take the president’s action to court. I believe this would be one of the actions our representatives are expected to when we elected them.
